Can I expense this?
In most cases, yes. Check with your manager first since policies vary by company. You receive a receipt by email after every payment, and the quarterly plan means 8 fewer expense reports a year than monthly. To make the ask easy, here's an email you can copy and send to your manager.

What's the difference between Supporter and Premium?
Supporter is for readers who want independent, practitioner-written ProcureTech content to keep going, and comes with member perks. It's for our "true fans".
Premium includes everything in Supporter plus the full asset library: all three flagship playbooks, every template, every report and every new asset we publish as it is released.
How do I get the playbooks, templates and reports?
Premium members receive a link to the asset library by email right after subscribing. New assets are added to the library as they are released, so nothing needs to be bought separately.
Premium members are notified via email when new assets are released.
Why is the Masterclass offered through coupon codes?
The Digital Procurement 101 Masterclass is hosted on Udemy, so access is given through 100% off coupon codes sent to members periodically. Once you enroll with a code, the course is yours on Udemy for good.
I already bought a playbook. Should I upgrade?
Premium includes all three playbooks ($297 value) and everything released next for $199 a year.
If you bought a playbook recently, contact us before upgrading and we can provide a discount on your subscription.
Is there a free trial?
The Supporter plan comes with a free trial.
Premium has no trial, since it includes immediate access to the full asset library.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade from Supporter to Premium, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing (it doesn't refund); Premium assets you have already downloaded stay with you.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Supporter and Premium subscriptions and single playbook purchases are non-refundable, including partial periods.
When you cancel, billing stops and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
We email you 7 days and 2 days before every renewal, so you have time to cancel if you no longer want to continue.
Want to try first? The Supporter plan comes with a free trial. If a file you purchased is broken or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll fix it.
Can I buy memberships for my team?
Absolutely.

Can I give a membership as a gift?
Yes, both plans can be gifted.
